Dear Valued Customers,
To the extent that is possible, and considering all factors that play a role including directions/mandates issued by authorities, we plan to continue our operations at DEC during the COVID-19 outbreak.   As of this writing, DEC is operating normally and at full capacity.
We are taking all such applicable precautionary measures for the health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers.  We are taking thorough and continuous steps to avoid contamination, both at an individual and facility level. 
We trust that you are taking similar steps and monitor the health of your employees, including those that may visit our premises (including 3rd party delivery services) for delivery of kits, or inspection. 
As a precaution, our representatives will be asked to have their temperature taken (non-contact) and sanitize/wash their hands upon entry of our facility.  Their presence will be strictly limited to our lobby.  Anyone displaying with cold/flu type symptoms will be asked to not enter our facility. For inspections or other visits, please call us ahead of time.
We kindly request that you immediately inform us about any possible contamination at your end.  If there is any suspicion that the kits that you are sending to us may have been handled in a contaminated environment, please advise us immediately so we can place your items in a special section of our facility where they will be held in quarantine for such time as deemed appropriate prior to being used for assembly.
